Spell Focus / Specialization and Varisian Tattoo

Do these feats affect spells cast from wands? To be more clear, I have Spell Focus (conjuration) and Varisian Tattoo (conjuration). How much damage would a wand of snowball do and what would be the DC to avoid being staggered?

I'm thinking the feats will not affect spells cast from wands, but just want to be certain.

Feats generally do not work with spells cast from wands.
