I've running a We Be Goblins PbP on the forums. I just picked up Maptool, and started using it. I made an image out of the Shipwreck from the the module and imported it into Maptool. I tried to adjust the grid so it lined up with the map, but it will only align with a small section of the map and be out of whack with the rest. No matter what I try I still can't get the whole thing to line up. I anyone could help that would be awesome.

The problem is that scannings and the like aren't perfectly scaled. You could try to use Photoshop to make it better, or (if it's not too off sync) you could make the center matches up, and then just live with it not being perfectly scaled.
I thought of that, but the grid lines on the map are very prominent. Having it out of sync looks incredibly messy.
