Hands of Stone
"At 7th level, a Brother of the Seal increases his unarmed strike damage as though he were a creature one size larger."

Strong Jaw
"Laying a hand upon an allied creature's jaw, claws, tentacles, or other natural weapons, you enhance the power of that creature's natural attacks. Each natural attack that creature makes deals damage as if the creature were two sizes larger than it actually is. If the creature is already Gargantuan or Colossal-sized, double the amount of damage dealt by each of its natural attacks instead. This spell does not actually change the creature's size; all of its statistics except the amount of damage dealt by its natural attacks remain unchanged."

Wildshape - Huge (Obvious, but it makes me a Huge sized creature assuming I have cleared the Nature check on a Huge beast I have encountered in the past or present)

"A monk's unarmed strike is treated as both a manufactured weapon and a natural weapon for the purpose of spells and effects that enhance or improve either manufactured weapons or natural weapons."

1.) Do all of these successfully stack to increase my IUS to 24d8?(2d10 Medium Base Damage)??

I would say that Strong Jaw would work with Hands of Stone, meaning you would do damage like a Gargantuan creature (assuming medium to start).

I am unsure how unarm strike would work with wildshape though. Do you still make unarmed strikes when in wildshape? If so I know at least one person who will be playing a druid monk soon.

You can certainly make Unarmed strikes in Wildshape. It sounds ridiculous but there are no rules against it and most anything I can wild shape into does at the very least have a head. Kung-fu Panda basically :P

I was thinking Qinggong Monk 5, Wolf Shaman Druid w/Liberation Domain 8, and BoTS 7. I don't know if it's really worth a damn considering it focuses all on AC and damage and lacks any super cool abilities... but it was just a random thought and concern.

You need this to complete your idea here. Because unarmed strikes and natural attacks are actually different.

Edit: Nevermind, no you don't. However I don't know if Hands of Stone and Strong Jaw would stack.

I'm not sure if this works, but I think an interesting way to go here is instead of Wildshape, use Enlarge Person.

Enlarge Person increases to Large, Hands of Stone increases to Huge, Strong Jaw increases to Colossal.

A sorcerer/monk might be an interesting combo. Or with a flexible DM, a Quiggong Monk with a house ruled Ki power.

It'd be easier to just Wildshape into something already huge. Either way I only get One polymorph effect at a time.

I made another Thread about it, and I believe you all are correct. The audience seems to lean towards Wildshape + Strong Jaw OR Hands of Stone and the Animal Aspect Gorilla not stacking with Wildshape or Enlarge. :T

It was a fun thing to ponder! I wish I could get my Unarmed over 12d8 but it seems not to be possible atm.
