I'm thinking of changing the gnomes favored class bonus to one that similar to the kitsunse that give a bonus to enchanting spells
So here's the change.
Sorcerer Add +1/4 to the DC of illusion spells. Insted of the normal
Sorcerer Select one bloodline power at 1st level that is normally usable a number of times per day equal to 3 + the sorcerer's Charisma modifier. The sorcerer adds +1/2 to the number of uses per day of that bloodline power.
I think it might be overpower. But i don't really know how powerful illusion magic is. But i think it fits gnomes wherry well.

The power of Illusions greatly depends on the imagination of the player and the interpretation of the GM. They can, in a worst-case-scenario, devastate encounters to the point where the game ceases to be enjoyable. They can also be made so impotent as to have the same effect for the opposite reason. Their DC isn't quite as relevant as those of Enchantments though.
That being said: your idea is in like with the Kitsune's bonus, which is considered powerful indeed. Whether it is overpowered is hard to say.

I allow people to make up their own favored class bonuses(with permission), and to use ones that already exist from other races(make it favored class, instead of favored race like it is now.) That definitely is not overpowered in my experience. The downside is any time you allow a favored racial like the kitsune's, you end up with people becoming one trick ponies sometimes... Which I am not a fan of. No idea how bad illusion gets, but it carries many of the same problems as enchantment.
