Tattooed Familiar Carry Capacity

I have an interesting question about the tattooed familiar... How much can it hold and can it bring the items it is carrying onto your arm as part of it being able to turn back into a tattoo? Any insight on this would be great thanks.

As much as your GM lets you get away with.
