What is the craziest running crew that can be gathered in time for the climax over the course of this AP?
Seriously, someone has to put together that small army of Irriseni insurgents, allied fey, centaurs, Triaxans(and possible dragon-kin, and pissed off Russians. This has got to happen in some game somewhere.
What other possibilities are there? Adlets from Triaxus?
Now imagine all of that spilling out of the Hut in the last book...

Although you now have me wanting to reskim all the volumes to see just what could be gained as cohorts/followers for an openminded DM case.

It was mentioned you could theoretically have a Dragon tagalong from #4 also.
Have to comb all of the AP's for alignments first before making that call.

Convince Victor Miloslav to not kill himself but instead immigrate to a world where his technological expertise can be used for good, or at least to hurt things that really, truly need hurting.
My party of two plus two GMPCs expanded to nine when they captured half of Rhokar's Raiders and gave them a better deal. Most of them are going to jet as soon as possible, but one of the Raiders plus Ten-Penny will stay on.

Torchbearer allows the first cohort pretty darn early. ;)Oh man, bonus points if you wind up with her being represented by the matching artwork and she somehow maintains that bored look throughout the entirety of this AP.
The torchbearer artwork needs to get iconic status. I want to see her popping up in other materials, standing around while the heroes fight.
It would be lovely if in the final module of this AP we get art of Queen Elvanna with the most "Oh Crap" expression ever as the iconics charge front of an army composed of centaurs, triaxans, dragons, WW1 veterans, fey, Milany worshiping rebels...and her Mother riding her mortar and with an obvious "Daughter, I am VERY disappoint" attitude.

Oh, the irony.
Currently my buddy has a rogue 2/oracle 10 taking full advantage of the suzerain scepter from Yrax's horde. He has be-friend Nevra (his current bond), Talsune, as well as Cesseer of Ning, Marislova, Dawnbark, Syvet, Viveka. We had a complicated story spin when he died in artrosa and came back as a previous warden ( but cursed for betrayal, broken by the rider mantles touch). This means after saving Ratibor he betrayed the oracle for introducing him to the witch 200 years ago (my buddy was original seer Ratibor consulted for help; in which Baba Yaga was mentioned). Ratibor now has successfully made audience with his previous ally Ygarrdt a frost giant of Koshtichie. These two now rule over artrosa awaiting the oracles return to take the ring, and further their plans.
Luckily, they dont know that Yaga's comin back; and her first line of duty after Irrisen's queen is commanding the young oracle to banish these creatures from her lair. Unlucky for the party the once "stable" Artrosa has been pulled into demi planes of the Abyss focusing on the raw energy of the standing stones previously encountered.
The party was brash in their decision of "leaving it to ratibor" to be cleaned out. They left the necromancer pukwudgie, the debased nymph, as well as the bebilith, along with the alchemists I have simply to many options on how to twist those already awesome encounters :)

Oh yea, as far as the cohort goes, he wants to choose Nevra. He hopes to convince her to use guns lol, the holy gun of apsu may help :p
