Alright, I know that the official line is that the Juju mystery undead were never intended to be non-evil (i'm not sure why, it makes sense thematically), but does that extend to their Juju zombies? IT seems that without any spells such as control or command undead, the Juju oracle would have a hell of a time controlling evil juju zombies. Yes, they can get command undead, but you can only control a number of hit dice of intelligent undead equal to your level, which limits it greatly. If the juju's are the same alignment as the oracle, he can at least reason with them using diplomacy or something like that, nad not have to control them magically.
My real question is does the negation of the 'non evil undead' rule extend to the Juju zombies, or just the other undead the oracle creates? and does the ability still make the undead creation spells no longer evil? And if it doesnt do those things anymore, is all it does increase the number of HD of mindless undead you can control and give zombies max hps?

Allowing the use of the Spirit Vessels ability and how it works is left up to the GM.
As written it makes all mindless undead neutral and all intelligent undead the oracles alignment (the undead created by the oracle). Including juju zombies. And it makes undead creation spells non-evil. Changing any of these is up to the GM.

In the base setting for Pathfinder, all* undead are evil. The freelancer who wrote that mystery didn't know that at the time, and the clause about non-evil undead slipped through development.
With the official response given by James on the rules as intended, this means that the juju zombies will be evil as well, like all other undead.
