What is the point of having a wondrous donated to a settlement? Currently these wonderous items are Paper-wieghts since we don't have the GP to actually buy them from settlement.
It's an abstraction, essentially the resources that the item represents go towards the settlement in some way that's not worth wasting the time to elaborate.
