Permanency is a 2 round cast time spell. If it's not on your class' spell list and you're trying to UMD it off a scroll, when do you roll the UMD check? Reason I ask is for purposes of boosting a UMD check with something like the Bit of Luck or Touch of Good domain powers. Currently, I'm thinking that by RAW there's no reason that you couldn't consume two uses of abilities like this to aid the UMD check for this particular spell.

When it's a two-round action, only boosts that last those full two rounds will aid you.
That's my opinion, anyway.
Opinion noted. Would it change at all if I quoted this from the UMD description?
Action
None. The Use Magic Device check is made as part of the action (if any) required to activate the magic item.
It would seem that, if it's made as part of the action, logic dictates you can't START casting the spell before it's on your classes spell list. The UMD check, in this case, is what's allowing that longer than 1 round casting time to start, so the roll would probably happen at the beginning of that time. As an example, Scrying takes one hour to cast. Why would the person in this case be sitting there for an hour channeling the magical energies necessary to complete the scrying effect if they didn't have the spell on their list at the start of that hour in the first place due to a successful UMD check to cast it from a scroll?
So, I guess I should really refine my original hypothesis: there doesn't appear to be any reason you can't benefit from two uses MAX of those domain powers to gain the benefit to your UMD check.

Even at two rounds long your taking one spell casting action. I would say that you would only get one use of each power per CASTING.
Even should your GM allow two uses even untyped bonus' do not stack if they are from the exact same source, so you could not stack Bit of Luck twice in any case, for example.

Yes, agree. I wasn't meaning to suggest that you could get Touch of Good twice for a bonus equal the cleric's level. My bad. Also, Bit of Luck is a d20 reroll power, so no stacking worries there. =)
