I just got my copy of Ultimate Campaign and am loving it!
In particular, I love how the majority of the illustrations feature the iconics in a variety of states. That being said, there is one face I see over and over again that I don't recognize. There is a female elf or half-elf with long red hair on pgs. 19, 68, 105, and, possibly, 242. The fact that she shows up 3 or 4 times and that there is enough resemblance amongst these appearances leads me to believe they are intended to be the same person and that she is intended to be one of our iconics. No other non-iconic character appears more than once.
The problem is that I have no idea who she is! My best guess is that she is either Reiko, the iconic ninja, or Lirianne, the iconic gunslinger, unmasked or unhatted, respectively.
Am I missing someone?
This is driving me nuts! :)

Well 19 looks like an elf, but 68 looks distinctly human, and nothing like 19. 105 and 242 look similar, it's hard to tell because 105 is in heavy makeup but 242 isn't, but neither of those two look anything like 19 or 68. Even the red hair is different, 19 is closest to a true red, 68 is a dark almost blood red, 105 is almost orange, and 242 may be brown not red at all. Even the costumes are different in each respective image, with some admitted similarity between 105 and 242. Eye color is different as well.
I honestly don't know for sure, but I think they're all different characters who just happen to be women with reddish hair. Maybe your seeing a connection I don't.
