Headband of Vast Intelligence and Class Skills

If you have a Headband of Vast Intelligence, and it grants a skill which is a class skill for you, do you get the +3 bonus for being a class skill, even if you don't have any ranks in it?

Yes they count. All that matter is that you have ranks, otherwise Paizo could have just said you get a +1 bonus for every character level you have to avoid you getting the +3 from a class skill.
