I want to make something that does massive Sneak Attack damage with nonlethal, blunt weapons. I was hoping to use natural attacks, particularly claws, but I'm not really sure how to get more attacks. Catfolk gets two claws and higher damage on them, so that is probably ideal.
But, what about using Vestigial Arm x2 and taking Aspect of the Beast somehow, that'd be 4 claws and a bite. Anything else? I've been working on this build forever, but I can't find a good way to make it work.

It's not a pushover doing lethal damage, it's just much scarier with it.

I'd drop the Rogue entirely. If you want Aspect of the Beast to add more claws to your attack routine, dip Ranger for 2 levels to qualify for it in the fastest manner possible. Take Ranger at 1st level for the higher HD, then go 2 Alchemist levels so you can start grabbing Extra Discovery at 3rd level before getting the 2nd ranger level.
For race, you'd want one with claws, or you can try to get by on Feral Mutagen, but that can be dicey (Later on, Undead Anatomy I extract is a good way to add claws and bite for a combat). Tiefling is pretty nice, good stats and handy variant racial options, including a choice of 2 claws or 1 bite. Ratfolk is also very good if you can get your friend to be one with you so you can swarm together for flanking.
