Ok, looked at the previous post on this and it hasn't been ruled on.
My lvl. 8 Cleric of Pharasma has Empowered Healing. +50% to my heals.
I roll my 1d8+8. I get 4+8=12hp. healed
Now for my questions.
1. Does both the roll and the level bonus get the 50% bonus? Just the roll? Just the level bonus? So from the example is it (4+8)+50%=18 (4+50%)+8=14 or 4+(8+50%)=16
2. Now, how does it work on Undead? I'm still healing them, they may not appreciate my healing and attempt to resist, since they take damage but do I still get a 50% bonus to my 'heals'?

This really is a Rules Forum question...
But,
1) It gives the +50% to both the static number and the die roll, so in your example it would heal 18 points.
2) The ability Healer's Blessing calls out in the ability's text that it does not affect cure spells used to damage undead.
EDIT: If you are actually using the metamagic feat: Empower Spell, instead of the ability noted in #2, then you would treat damage to undead as empowered as well.

In the text for the Cure Light Wounds spell. It's generally +5*level of cure spell as the capped bonus you get added to your die roll for the cures.
