can my antipaladin take ability focus?

Rules Questions

It is listed as a Monster feat, but its only prerequisite is a Special Attack. My question is, could a PC take this feat on something like say, an Antipaladin's Touch of Corruption ability to improve my DC on my Cruelties?

I wouldn't think so - only because it is a Monster Feat. I guess it depends on the style of the campaign you're in.

I think monster feats are banned in PFS. Outside of PFS there should be no issue except the DM might say no.

Most of the following feats apply specifically to monsters, although some player characters might qualify for them (particularly Craft Construct).

Seems it would be in the GM purview

Antipaladin's are also banned in PFS.

Its really up to your GM. I'd allow it myself.

Monster Feats are available to players. They're just in the bestiary because they're primarily used by monsters. And craft construct is in there because it's useless to have the feat without the monster rules.
