Normally for bull rush maneuvers, if you succeed, you have the option to follow your target. But how does that work with Quick Bull Rush? (And I suppose with Bull Rush Strike as well.)
If a character with Quick Bull Rush uses it at the beginning of his full attack sequence and succeeds, is he able to follow his target, even if his target is pushed back more than 5'?
If he can follow his target more than 5', can he continue the full attack sequence with the rest of his iterative attacks?
Could he still take a 5' step sometime during his full attack after following his target?

What about combining with Hurricane Punch, which can move even if you have no movement remaining ?
Hurricane Punch (Combat)
Source Elemental Master's Handbook pg. 19
Your fast strikes hit with the force of a hurricane, pushing your foes away.Prerequisites: Str 13, Improved Bull Rush, Improved Unarmed Strike, Power Attack.
Benefit: When you hit the same creature with unarmed strikes at least twice in the same round, you can attempt a bull rush combat maneuver against that creature as a swift action. You can also move with the target even if you have no movement remaining, but the distance you move can’t exceed half your speed.

A normal Bull Rush is a Standard Action, and you're allowed to move with the target however far you want (max: whatever your move speed is) as a part of this Standard Action.
You can move 0ft-30ft, at your option, and CMB roll willing. For example, if you roll a 45 CMB vs. a 20 CMD, you've defeated the CMD by 25, so you can move them 5ft, 10ft, 15ft, 20ft, 25ft, or to a full 30ft if desired, and you can move with them any amount of this distance, if desired.
To clarify, you could move 0 ft and still move them 30ft (superman shove), you could move 15ft and shove them an additional 10ft for a total of 25ft Bull Rushed (american football offensive lineman shove + superman shove at the end), or you can move them 30ft and move a full 30ft with them (american football offensive lineman shove). And even though you defeated their CMD by 25, you could even just move them 5ft and move with them 5ft. How far you move the target and how far you actually move WITH the target are completely up to the Bull Rusher's option.
So, for Quick Bull Rush, everything that would normally happen during the time it takes to resolve a Standard Action would happen in the time it takes to resolve 1 attack.
If a character with Quick Bull Rush uses it at the beginning of his full attack sequence and succeeds, is he able to follow his target, even if his target is pushed back more than 5'?
Yes. Your "available movement" is equal to your "move speed" minus however many feet you've moved in the round. So if you haven't moved yet, your "available movement" would be 30ft, and you would be able to follow your target up to 30ft if you want (and CMB roll willing)
If he can follow his target more than 5', can he continue the full attack sequence with the rest of his iterative attacks?
Yes, as long as you've followed your target and are still adjacent to them, you may resolve your remaining iterative attacks.
Could he still take a 5' step sometime during his full attack after following his target?
No. You can only take a 5ft step when "you haven't performed any movement in the round". If you Quick Bull Rush and move with the target 5ft or more, then you've moved, and a 5ft step is no longer available. If you Bull Rush a target 30ft and move with them 0ft, then yes, you may perform a 5ft step, because you haven't actually moved.
