How to "Recruit" Players to an Online Campaign?

I know it sounds so stupid, but I had to ask. I can't figure out how to get a player's character to my campaign. Can anyone help?

BTW, my campaign is "Roar of Rovagag"

Once they've posted in the campaign's Gameplay thread, that character should show up in all the expected places (Character & Player tabs, GM campaign stuff, player's Campaigns tab).
