Can I put saddlebags or a pack saddle on a quadruped eidolon?

I'm having a hard time balancing encumbrance on my summoner, and I was wondering if it is possible to put saddlebags or a pack saddle on a summoner's quadruped eidolon so that it can carry additional gear.

Yup. Its mundane equipment so the slot oddities don't apply. They make saddlebags for dogs, so getting bags on the eidolon shouldn't be a problem. Just go to the leather place that makes the paracountesses stuff, it won't be the strangest order they get.

Heck, you can have saddlebags or a pack saddle for your bipedal eidolon if you want. Of course, it will probably have to carry it in its hands, instead of having it strapped on like normal, but nothing is stopping you from having it use it. ;)

I would agree that the pack/saddle-pack is available but would suggest that the cost would be adjusted like with armor, 2X for non standard variants. (pg 153 CRB, table 6-8).
