I plan to make several PFS - concerned about all the undead already there and demons next year
Celestial resistance DR5 vs acid, cold, electricity
or
Deathless Spirit alt trait
DR5 vs neg energy damage, lose no hit points on neg levl +2 vs death effects,energy drain,neg energy,evil spells or spell like ablity
or
Exalted Resistance
+5 Per Level vs evil spells or spell like ability or any spell cast by an evil outsider
What should I choose?? That last one could rise to +55 by lvl 11 but is narrower than the second one.
Exalted Resistance isn't 5 PER level, it's 5 PLUS level. 5 per would be stupidly overpowered.
the second. Deathless Spirit
Exalted Resistance is technically 5+level. so an 11th level character has 16. 5+11. the 11 comes from being 11th level. an evil tiefling cleric would need to roll a 5 to harm you at 11th level.
most outsiders laugh at exalted resistance due to their superior caster level.
Deathless spirit reduces the penalties of negative levels by quite a bit, plus the bonuses versus death effects and energy drain helps against undead, which you will eventually face.
