QUESTION: If a person is bitten multiple times before being healed does the painful bite stack?

A whirling storm of scarlet-banded spiders scuttles toward you.

Painful Bite (Ex)
The bite of a scarlet spider is extremely painful. A creature bitten takes a -1 circumstance penalty on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, and ability and skill checks until cured. A neutralize poison or remove disease spell, or a DC 13 Heal check removes the penalty. The check DC is Constitution-based and includes a +2 racial bonus.

it's a circumstance penalty. specific penalties/bonuses(morale, circumstance, luck, enhancement etc...) don't stack with themselves. only untyped bonuses/penalties and dodge bonuses do.

As they apply a circumstance penalty, those penalties do not stack. Bonuses or penalties of the same type don't normally stack with some exceptions (dodge bonuses).
