NPC Feat Advice

Advice

I'm wondering if I have missed any feats for a minor NPC...

Obviously If your in my game don't click this:
Long story short, its a level 4 Human Commoner (Stop laughing and keep reading), who is a convicted pyro/murderer (See, told you it would get more interesting)... The players (Lvl 3) are trying to track him (and 11 others) down. He's going to have some Molitov's to use as weapons, and I can't for the life of me think of any useful feats other then Throw Anything, for +1 to hit with splash weapons. I do NOT want to change him to an Alchemist or other PC class (This is an E6 Low Magic Setting). The idea is for this guy to just be a very dangerous, but otherwise normal person. Any Feats (Or other ideas), that help with Splash Weapons I may have missed?

Liberty's Edge

You could always just give him the bombs and throw anything class feature from the alchemist and drop the rest of the alchemist stuff.

Does point blank shot work with splash weaponry?

There is a Feat from the Adventurer's Armory called "Splash Weapon Mastery". In addition, you might consider giving him something like Toughness. While it is a little bit boring, the extra HP would make him a little tougher.

Well, after having gotten some sleep, I managed to flesh out the idea a bit more. Thanks for the idea on the Feat John, it actually prompted me to do a search in google for "Splash Weapon Feat" and I got some interesting results..

Here's the basic's of the build:
Throw Anything, Ricochet Splash Weapon, and a 3rd Feat... I'm trying to choose between Splash Weapon Mastery, And Burn!Burn!Burn! (its a goblin feat, but this is a human only game, so Racial Feats are allowed if you meet all other prerequisites).

Base Attack Will Be +2, Dex 14, +1 for throw anything.. So that's +5 attack bonus (Ranged Touch), not too shabby. Highest PC Touch ac is 13, so a 50% hit chance at 2 range increments.

Splash Weapon Mastery would mesh nicely with Ricochet Splash Weapon (Allowing him too adjust the miss location). Would also add a bit more accuracy.

Burn!,Burn!,Burn! is a damage upgrade, increasing his damage quite a bit, making him a bit more of a threat.

Both fit the idea well; I'm almost tempted to increase his level too 5, but I feel that's a little much, and doesn't match with the "Very Dangerous Commoner" theme.
