This thing:
Wanderlust
Source: Advanced Race Guide pg. 1, Advanced Player's Guide pg. 1
Halflings love travel and maps. Halflings with this racial trait receive a +2 bonus on Knowledge (geography) and Survival checks. When casting spells or using abilities that provide or enhance movement, halflings treat their caster level as +1 higher than normal. This racial trait replaces fearless and halfling luck.
Specifically this part:
When casting spells or using abilities that provide or enhance movement, halflings treat their caster level as +1 higher than normal.
This is kinda vaguely worded. Does it only refer to spells that give you more speed (such as Longstrider) or a new form of movement (such as Touch of the Sea)? Or would anything that has to do with movement be affected? Such as Feather Step? What about Jump, which clearly lets you move further away but mechanically doesn't mention movement at all?
And when it comes to changing shape things get even more complicated, as many transformations change your movement somehow, but this is kinda a secondary effect and would make the "Wanderlust" a bit too strong, I guess.

RAW anything that gives you a movement speed, including wild-shape, which would make it just nuts.
I have wanderlust, now behold i can turn into a t rex a level early!
It does sound like it would include touch of the sea and the like for fly and swim speeds, which i think would be good for keeping the trait relevant.

It should include all spells which grant you a new or increased movement speed (touch of sea, alter self, MM spells long strider) etc, and all spells which "enhance" movement (feather step being a great example).
Note, wild shape is a SU ability, and thus increasing its CL by one changes nothing.
It isn't really game breaking, as most of these abilities a +1 to CL is pretty inconsequential.

Increasing caster level doesn't let you access spells or abilities earlier. It only affects parts of those abilities that scale with level. For most of these, it will only affect the duration, but in the case of jump you'll get the increased bonus a level early.

What forms you have access to scales with your level.

Class level, not caster level.

Okay, well, maybe I'll take it for my Halfling Druid, as it fits thematically really well.
I'll just have to be careful not to mix character and caster levels.
It is kinda shame that it mostly affects the duration but, it makes sense because of fluff. These halfling are supposed to be those that wander around all the time, makes sense they'd like their spells to last longer when exploring, etc.
