Is Brother of the Seal part of strict Pathfinder or is it a third party prestige?

If it's strict Pathfinder than I may prestige one day...

It is, indeed, pure Paizo from the Paths of Prestiege book

Oh that's fantastic! Well thank you good sir. Whew. Now to calculate what I would lose in the process and figure out if it's truly my style or not..
