I am task to come up with a background story. I am coming up with a blank. I was hoping to see any of you like to help me.
Here are some detail a character.
A female human with rich parents(could be adapted parents) living in the Town called Barrelhold.
her Stats are
Str 20,Dex 16, Con 14, Int 13, Wis 17, Cha 15
Class is a Fighter type (Pole-Arm Master). Weapon of choice is a Fauchard.
She Loves to Perform Dancing as a job in high class district. She stand about 6' tall. Her figure is more like Hour glass shape. She has Bluish-Green eyes, Light color hair, keeps her hair very long. She always keeps a tan to her skin along with unique Tattoos all over her beautiful body....

Do you know what the campaign premise is? A character fighting undead in a country ruled by necromancers may have a different background from one sailing on a pirate ship.
Any information on the setting? Rich parents could mean merchants, nobles, or elected officials depending on whether these things exist.
Do any other PCs have established backgrounds? You could work off one of them - for example, you could be their bodyguard, comrade in arms from previous adventures, childhood friend (same expensive primary school?) or dance partner. Preexisting relationships make it easier to explain why diverse PCs are working together.
Her mother and father were both well to do. Her father saw her as a beautiful flower, to be kept and admired. As such he paid well for her to be taught dancing by a professional. She excels at it and she loves it. Her mother feared for her safety and wanted her to be resolute and strong. As such, she filled the rest of her daughters days with training from retired battle hardened warriors. She loved this too. She took to pole-arm weapons especially and grew to become very skilled with the Fauchard.
Not long after, she took her love for performance and battle to a stadium for battle. She had to do this without her parents knowing, as this action conflicted with the parents wishes for their daughter. She lost her first battle, but was not harmed in the process. Humiliation created a resolution in her, she would work harder. She began winning at the stadium battles and decided to take up a tattoo. Each line represented an opponent she had beaten, but know one else would know what it meant.
Knowing that her parents would keep her from journeying, experiencing life and growing in her two passions in life, she lied to them, telling them that she wished to visit a far away college to study politics and nobility. Elated by this, the parents eagerly agreed giving her money towards the college and her travels.
As beautiful and graceful as she is strong and tough, she is not to be underestimated. Else there be a new line added to her tattoo.

It was safe to say, that the dance instructors apprentice was Lulu's first crush.

I bolded the major addition, but tried to use her name where applicable. I assumed that since she is Chaotic Good that she tries not to kill if at all possible, but I could be wrong. Anyways, hope this helped a bit.

I was wondering if you could add in the idea of an enemy and a good person. Like maybe a stalker or person in the show business for hated party NPC.
And a good person or group NPC something like in the family or in high place like noble person. Maybe related to my parents business friend. Even a rich uncle or aunt. Even the weapons trainer could be a good person.

The man that had kissed the back of Lulu's hand did not give up on making Lulu his. In fact, despite her being disgusted, he pushed harder, going so far as to stalk her on occasions. Seeing him as a potential problem, Lulu thought to ask around about this apparently wealthy young suitor. It didn't take long for Lulu to find out that he was the son of Samuel Maston; a man infamous for slave trading. His son, the man stalking Lulu was, James Maston, was next in line and according to some eager to prove himself as worthy of his fathers position. Lulu made certain to avoid James Maston as much as possible, even taking shady looking back alley's to stay unnoticed. Rumor has it, Maston is still "hunting" for her.

Anwen was a bright young noblewoman, about the same age as Lulu and could always be found following Lulu around. They first met at the battle stadium, where Anwen had shown ample skill with a rapier sword. Anwen came up to Lulu just after one of her battles, eager to make friends with one of the few female fighters at the stadium. They hit it off right away, Anwen's cute, energetic nature supporting Lulu's graceful and strong demeanor. Over time, Anwen became what some of the townsfolk referred to as Lulu's sidekick; something Anwen's parents did not take well as they were a prideful, high class family.
Knowing that her parents would keep her from journeying, experiencing life and growing in her two passions in life, she lied to them, telling them that she wished to visit a far away college to study politics and nobility. Elated by this, the parents eagerly agreed giving her money towards the college and her travels. Anwen was forced by her parents to stay, finding this the most opportune time for them to keep their daughter from embarrassing them as well as keep face. Before Lulu left however, Anwen made sure to make her farewells, telling Lulu with a tear in her eye, that they would meet up again some day.

Well done Third Mind. I would like to add:
She began winning at the stadium battles, but she did not kill as it was not necessary and she was good of heart. Not everyone was pleased with Lulu's battle skill. She earned the wrath of of a Half Orc Merchant who not only lost his fortune betting on his son's sucess in the ring, but took it personally when Lulu made the Merchant son (O'lrig) submit in the ring. O'lrig was so humiliated that he vowed never to compete again.
Just a thought for the bad guy....
