Ok, I'm making a Magus character and I've read people talking about using Arcane Mark with Spell Strike and they make it sound like you can do this every round.
My understanding is that a Magus can only cast a level 0 spell 3 times per day. So assuming I have Shocking Grasp, I can use Spell Strike 4 times per day?

A 1st level magus begins play having all 15 level 0 spells written down in his spellbook. When he sits down to memorize the spells that will be available for him during the day, he chooses three of those level 0 spells that he can cast - let's say we take Arcane Mark, Detect Magic, and Disrupt Undead. Our 1st level magus can cast those 3 spells as many times as he wants throughout the day; because he did not memorize, say, Ray of Frost, he can't cast it at all during that day.
Higher-level spells - 1st-whatever - have a limitation on the number of times you can cast a memorized spell in a day.
So yes, a 1st level magus really can memorize the 0 level Arcane Mark and use it in conjunction with Spell Combat\Spellstrike to get an extra melee attack each round. It's a moderately potent combination, but sort of makes up for the magus's slower attack progression in situations where he runs out of higher-level spells.
