A month ago when I wanted to run something special, Dick got the call. He came over to judge the entire eyes of ten series in one weekend. Dick is simply put about as good of a judge as you can get in this game. Chicago is lucky to have him as their new VC.

With his years and years and years of experience gaming and organizing, I am sure he will apply time tested techniques to ensure all goes well. He will appoint new Lieutenants to the four corners of his realm to expand the base of gaming, not unlike laying the groundwork for a pyramid. Or so he tells me, I wasn't around to see them built.

So Chicago, my other home, enjoy your "new" Venture Captain. Also keep your eye opened for his phylactery. I'll trade a Tengu race boon for it.
