I remember someone saying they had an ability to summon more monsters from summon monster. I am not sure if this is a class ability or feat. I was curious if anyone know what it was.

Echoing Spell (Ultimate Magic) doesn't exactly give you more critters per spell, but it does let you cast the same summoning spell twice.
Maximize Spell, when using a summoning spell for multiple creatures, will allow you to summon the maximum number instead of rolling.
