Hello, I have a quick question related to spell casting in BB. In the Hero Handbook, I can't find any text that stated a wizard can't cast a spell to adjancent enemy. Is that mean a wizard can cast magic missle or burning hands to an enemy 5 foot away? If I turn out to be wrong, can you show me on which page it stated otherwise? Thank's.
It's written out on Page 61:
CONCENTRATION: You have to be able to concentrate to cast a spell. If you are adjacent to an enemy, that enemy distracts you enough that you can't cast a spell. The exception is a spell that has you make a melee touch attack—you are able to cast that spell next to an enemy.
