Construct Armor question

Apologies if this has already been answered.

I'm looking at construct armor as an interesting twist for a magus...I've seen the basic rules...so...my (size)Med Iron Golem Construct Armor has a 28 Str...can I make use of that 28 Str when I wear it?

That's my interpretation, although it's not explicitly stated RAW. For a more detailed breakdown of how I believe it should work, see here and here.

Just remember that 1) it's an expensive way to boost Str and 2) the "no independent actions" wording. Construct armor does not follow the same rules as a synthesist summoner.
