After watching the new Riddick trailer last night, it got my Riddick in Pathfinder itch started up again so since the last decent Riddick thread was in 2011, I wanna see with new books and all what kinds of Riddick mimicry are out there. Please keep 3rd party material to a minimum if you must resort to it.

Maybe this will work?
Didn't give him any equipment or really tinker with him too much, but he has proficiency with guns as needed, is fast as hell, and I added Azlantian to equate to Furian = Superhuman. Whatever, and added Darkvision through "Surgery" like he got it. I figure Martial Artist Monk works well to make him supernaturally fast, perceptive, and generally unkillable. Thoughts? It's only level 5

I would say get rid of half-orcs from the world and have Riddick as a half-orc to represent his Furian heritage and his darkvision. In Riddicks world there really is only humans anyways :)
I would probably go with a two weapon fighter, unbreakable fighter or a mobile fighter, depending on what part of his style you wanted to focus on. Either way, get proficiency with firearms and two weapon fighting. Also make sure he has a high dex and str, probably a 25 pb. Seriously look into going into the Assassin prestige class, he was an assassin after all :)
Btw, there is a new riddick movie out :D Sweet, ill have to check it out

I always felt that a ranger/ rogue or ninja was an appropriate combo for Riddick. It's the lvl that is questionable. I think that lvl 12 is a good start if not on the low side.
For skills, you want a maxed survival, escape artist, climb, acrobatics, intimidate and a decent sprinkling of swim, sense motive, perception, with some knowledges as well.
The case for ninja can be made because of the unarmed combat like a monk and some ki fueled super action sequences. Ranger gives fav enemy human and handle animal, as well as track, long strider, and a few other self enhancing ranger spells.
Stats have him starting off with a 16, 16, 12, 13, 14, 10 (25 pt buy) and ending up with something like 20, 20, 16, 16, 16, 12 with some stat items.
