I'm debating if it is worth multiclassing into Witch for a level to provide a few RP, utility, and power benefits to my hexcrafter magus.
It gets the ball rolling on being able to take the extra hex feat earlier on. Of all the hexes I'd pick, flight would probably be first.
The DM doesn't put up with a lot of minmaxing (looking at you shocking grasp exploit), he seems very open to the idea of multiclassing to get archetypal benefits early, more cantrips, and hexes earlier.
How about citizen?!

Note that it seems that only your attack damage is based off of hit, not your attack bonus (like the prehensile hair hex). This is not too much of a problem since you can just take weapon finesse and rip off a dervish dancing magus' stats. The extra bit of feat tax might help your GM look at the hair more favorably.
Note that you get 1.5x INT on the natural attack if it is your only one. This might seem like a problem as you begin to get iteratives, but hey, you can easily get two or three attacks per round with that natural attack using spell strike and maybe haste. The grappling is also nice, since you do not become grappled yourself. Feel free to caste a spell and smash your helpless foe.

He's referring to taking Magical Lineage trait, which reduces your total metamagic modifier by one for a single spell, then using Intensified Shocking Grasp to deal up to 10d6 damage (no save) with a 1st level spell?
Exploit? No. No more than a 5th level wizard learning Fireball because it will do massive damage against that horde of orcs you're about to face.
Game breaking? Hardly. Know how many monsters have electricity resistance at high levels?
