So I think the gun in the game is a bit odd, like the stats themselves are a bit off. Mechanically, if the gunslinger seemed a bit better than it was I'd be totally okay making one of those. But instead I was curious of trying a different 'feel' of a character.
I was wondering if it was possible to make a gun using Urban Ranger with humanoid favored enemies for a campaign set in only one kingdom. I think the changes in flavor for the urban ranger variant would do well combined with the guns thing. I dunno. What do you think?
I'm looking for ideas. Using emerging level guns. 20 point buy.

There's Deadly Aim, there's Point-Blank Shot, and I believe there's Arcane Strike for those that qualify. That's... pretty much it.
If you wanted to dual-wield pistols you could combine TWF and Rapid Shot for more damage through more attacks, and also add Two-Weapon Rend (does that even work?) but the sheer number of feats you'd need to pull that off makes it comically impractical even for fighters.
Heck, if you're using guns and you're not a Gunslinger, your best bet is probably a Fighter (for Weapon Specialization and Weapon Training) Paladin (for Smite Evil) Luring Cavalier (for far challenge) or Rogue (for sneak attack). Of those four, the fighter is the only one who can get those bonuses on every shot he fires-- everybody else only gets them in certain circumstances.
I agree that the rules for guns are needlessly complex.

Yes, yes you can
That would mean that... I can have some retardedly MASSIVE bonuses to tracking at first level. Holy crap.
So I was looking at it and maybe something sophisticated instead of a gun, like a crossbow. I was looking at archery style and crossbow style, and honestly archery style just looks... better.
