Earth and Acid spells

Newbie question here

If a Draconic Sorcerer pick an acidic dragon would this grant resistance to both acid and earthspell damage?

Also would the Sorcerers arcane work on earth spells?

No.

Bonus applies only to spell with acid damage.

Resistance applies only vs acid damage.

I'm not sure what "earthspell damage" is, but no.

There is no earth damage type. Earth-based spells like stone call or clashing rocks usually inflict bludgeoning damage.
