Not sure that Directed Blast could be used in such a fashion; it's directing an explosion that lasts a few seconds, rather than a constant light source. RAW, I don't see it working.
That said, I would probably allow someone with a decent-enough Craft: Alchemy skill to make sunrods make some sort of conical attachment to direct the light. Would totally be a house rule though.

I'd allow it, because Equipment Trick is a badly designed and undersupported feat (if it gave you acess to ALL tricks for one feat, incorporated the Dirty Trick maneuver, and gave explicit room for player/GM creativity in the uses, I MIGHT take it if I liked the flavor on a character and wasn't feat starved)
RAW though, no. It only effects your "bomb" ability, not even actual splash weapons.
