Where do you find the armor check penalty/AC/etc? for animal armor using items like Darkenwood, Angelskin, DarkLeaf Cloth, etc? It mentions in the link before the hardness and HP per inch but no mention of actually AC, armor check penalty, etc.?
I realize that animal armor is typically twice the cost and half the weight. The armor is for a Cleric's tiger. The cleric has the animal domain.

Well, I for one wouldn't allow darkwood barding. Just what type of armor is "wooden or mostly wooden?"
Angelskin is the same as the AC and armor check penalty for masterwork leather, hide, or studded leather armor.
Darkleaf Cloth has the same AC normal for the type of armor be it padded, leather, studded leather, or hide armor. The armor check penalty is 3 less than normal and the maximum dexterity bonus is 2 higher.

Look under the type of armor you want to buy, not the material it's made from. (Then modify it based on the material, if appropriate)

Wooden armor?

Monkplayer, Darkwood, Angelskin, Darkleaf Cloth, etc are material types that you can modify existing armor with.
So, choose an armor, apply the applicable material type, and make the changes to the armor stats depending on the material type.
Darkwood only applies to wooden objects and there is only one type of wood armor. Angelskin only applies to hide armors. Etc.

Seeing as no one posted the link, the special materials are available on the pathfinder game reference document site. Here: http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateEquipment/armsAndArmor/materials .html
RAW: Darkwood would not offer any benefit over normal armor other than it is considered to be masterwork and weighs half as much.
