my qestin is if a spll cast arcane seeing then cast see nvisability can the eye see invisabel enamys

The description of See Invisible says "You can see any objects or beings that are invisible within your range of vision", and the description of Arcane Eye says "It sees exactly as you would see if you were there".

I would rule that the spells complement each other just fine, can't see why they wouldn't, really (but as always, the GM has the last word!)
