I guess I will create the level per level build thread.
Each person will choose a class and start at 1st level. Post the build and others will assess it and discuss. Afterwards the person will continue with their build level by level until they reach 20th.

but for the hell of it, i will work on rebuilding a noncombatant fetchling bard who uses skills and support to overcome tough social challenges. the whole reason she was a fetchling was for the shadow touched flavor, which a human just cannot do, and doesn't have a series of racials that scream shadow touched. in fact, the shadow touched blood was the source of her arcane power.
