Permanent dodge bonuses

Dodge bonusses stack, however where do one find theese dodge bonusses?

The dodge feat grant 1


haste: dodge bonus
fighting defensively: dodge bonus


From the Core Rule Book:

Dwarves and Gnomes get +4 vs. Giants.
Barbarian Rolling Dodge vs. Ranged attacks.
Barbarian Guarded Stance vs. Melee attacks.
Many classes get Trap Sense vs. trap attacks.
Bard Inspire Heroics.
Monk Ki Pool.
Extra ranks in Acrobatics improves Fighting Defensively.
Combat Expertise.
Dodge (already mentioned).
Mobility vs. AoOs.
Fighting Defensively.
Total Defense.
Haste.
Duelist Elaborate Defense.
Loremaster Dodge Trick.

If you want other rulebooks, you get to search them yourself.

Yes, I know your thread title says "Permanent" but even the Dodge feat is not permanent, you lose it any time you're denied your DEX bonus to AC.

Ability damage does not actually lower the ability score in PF but gives you penalties associated with the ability instead, ability drain does actually lower the ability score.
