Robe of needles and sneak attack

Rules Questions

i can do sneak attack wit http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/r-z/robe- of-needles if im invisible and i attack with this item? thx

As long as you meet the requirements for SA then you get it. With the robe, needles count as thrown weapons, so if you are within 30ft and the opponent is flat-footed or denied their DEX for some other reason (your invisible) then you get SA.

Since there's no action type listed for throwing a needle, it defaults to a standard action, so no, you can't use it more than once per round.

Huh, that's a pretty interesting item. There are worse ways for a rogue to spend a mere 1,000 gp at low levels.
