I'm going to list two fighter builds. I want to know which one you would play and why. Also any tweaks you would make to the build would be good to know.

Neither, but sort of combine the two.
I like the greatsword, personally I would take power attack & cleave at lvl1.
As you ate human, blind-fight for those darkness fights. Weapon focus can be taken anytime before lvl4 and its really nice to be able to cleave right from the start.
I also like going with 16 dex. Esp with your armour training.
(I have a rather sad dwarven two handed fighter archtype in pfs that still cannot afford that mithril full plate).

I'd get rid of great cleave. Also, the weapon focus and spec feats are overrated, especially since weapon training provides such good bonuses now. My fighters don't take those feats and still hit consistently and for great damage.
I'd replace those with vital strike when possible, and iron will to give him a greater chance for magical defences. Then take some of the bow feats for your secondary weapon.
With those provisions I'd go with fighter one. Mostly because of his cooler step up feats etc, and his UMD makes more versatile than most fighters.
Cheers
