So, I assume that the Paizo site trumps the PFSRD site, but what are the differences between the two?
I have players that use the PFSRD site, but I feel like I have to cross reference everything with the Paizo site to feel it's legit. Is the Paizo PRD site suited specifically for PFS, or is the PFSRD site just an earlier version of the Paizo PRD site?

PRD is the Paizo's site. It includes material from hardcover rulebooks.
PFSRD is a fan site that keeps all the OGL informations, including rulebooks that aren't and won't be added to PRD. When in doubt you can always check the copyrights note of each entry to check the source - if it is paizo's official rulebook, 3rd party rulebook or fan creation.
The PRD is published by Paizo. It, in theory, is created directly from the PDFs of the books it includes. So, in theory, it will be automatically updated every time errata is released when a new edition is published. It doesn't contain any FAQs, blogs, or messageboard clarifications.
d20pfsrd is a fan-run site, created and updated by users, somewhat like a wiki with more oversight. It contains all sorts of extra stuff, incorporating FAQs, board posts, stuff from 3.5, etc. It has material from more sources/books than the PRD, but recently they had to change the names of much of the Golarion content to comply with the licensing due to opening a store or something, so many of the names of things have been changed.

Thanks guys! Just as I figured. I just wanted to be clear. I'm starting my RoW campaign this weekend and have stipulated the Paizo site as being the official online resource to use for my game, though my players can still peruse the fan site, anything from it that's not on the "official" site has to get my approval for play.
