In general, who is this supposed to be cast on?
What situations would this spell be the most beneficial?
I ask because, reading the spell description, it seems to grant a couple stat bonuses, but the 50% miss chance goes both ways in terms of physical attacks.
The effective spell failure seems to be balanced a little more in favor of the blinker, but I'm not sure anybody would want me to cast it on them, given that you don't want to waste your spells like that.
To me it seems the best use of the spell is on someone that does to depend on attacks or spells but rather other abilities. A witch that hexes far more then she cast is a prime example.
