Unless a feat specifically states that you can take it multiple times, you can only take it once.

Feat Descriptions: "If a character has the same feat more than once, its benefits do not stack unless indicated otherwise in the description."

Improved Channel does not indicate otherwise in the description, so taking it more than once has no benefit.
