Gestalt bard paladin

Advice

I was thinking of making a Gestalt Bard paladin. It seems like an obvious choice. They both have similar stat dependancies. Cha, Dex, Str. They both use rather similar play styles fight and cast spell with your swift and immediate actions.

However searching the forums I can't find anyone that has even though to use this combination is there something I'm missing. I hope it's not the alignment thing because I usually try and ignore that.

There's no longer an alignment restriction on bards.

But yes, it will be an incredibly powerful option. You'll be thirsting for more swift actions though.

Liberty's Edge

You may be missing that - while technically compatible - that was D&D, and these are Pathfinder boards. I doubt you'll find much on gestalts at all.

Exactly what Eldon said, gestalt just isn't discussed much. One of the things that made Bard/Pally gestalts super potent in 3.x was Snowflake Wardance, but that's out now.

It's still a good combination though.
