I recently made a thread and have gotten GOOD, but little advice. I wish to make a Space Marine. Parameters are:
Start at 1st level
Considering Holy Vindicator or Divine Scion prestige class
Either LN or LG: need reasons as to why for either.
Race: stcik with-in the confines of the Advanced Race Guide (strongly considering dwarf or human)
If I decide to prestige: other possibilities and how to get there from level 1
Thanks for your help.

So something set in the far future that has armor and a laser rifle and then apply it to a medieval-esque setting game where the farthest technology is a flintlock. Got it. brb.
ROTFLOL... that's about it. The character's personality is what I'm going for, and can easy play the zealot, but I need help building it.

Well, beyond just playing Deathwatch (which is an awesome game, BTW - know anyone interested in a play by post game?) I guess you are going for the characteristics of an Astartes.
Honestly, rather than build it as a PC, you might want to scratch build it as an entirely separate race. Since there are numerous attributes that are more monstrous (black carapace, bletcher's gland, etc.) you might want to look at the Bestiary and go from there.
Or...make him an Azlanti human. +2 to all six ability scores. Subject to GM approval, of course. If you have a dump stat, it would probably be CHA or WIS.
OR...play a sorcerer with the wild-blooded or other archetype to represent a librarian or, you know, chaos sorcerer. There's a bunch of possibilities.

How about the basic Ultramarines? I had a human barbarian loosely based off of the Space Wolves that did well. I think zealot religious, alliegence and service to the Emperor. Views are divine magic is granted by the Emperor, and arcane magic is the devices of the Warp (Chaos). I'm not a fan of Psionics, even though that game primarily uses psionics.
I do not wish to create a race, but merely am looking for a race that could be adapted or well suited for the personality.

human (dual-talent) paladin, get middling cha and take the eldritch heritage (imperious) feats. go wherever you want from there. I'd say LG because paladin--remember that law isn't always right or fair (especially in the 40Kverse), and good is not necessarily nice. so blamming people for HERESY is totally fine if you've enough reason to. perhaps take a 1-level dip in gunslinger to ACTUALLY blam people (because a 1-level gunslinger dip is superior in every way to the holy gun AT).

The first thibg that jumps out as me is Nagaji, strangely enough, at least foe the physical build and cultural aspects. It may be the worst kind of Heresy though.
Class-wise, maybe a gun tank? Not exactly the most optimal archetype, but you get to clank around in heavy armor with a big gun. Or possibly a gunslinger/divine hunter.

Space Marines run the gamut from LG (ultramarines) to LN (Dark Angels) to LE (Charcodons, Marines Malevolent). Given their individuality and not abiding by the Codex Astartes, and respect for independent members, I'd call the Space Wolves NG, which caters to the uniqueness of their Chapter.
A true Space Marine is probably starting with a +10 racial mod to str, con, and dex, and probably +2 to Int and Cha. they'd have Skill focus - perception for free, to represent enhanced senses. They'd have Powerful Build while in their armor, which likely provides a +6 Enhancement bonus to Strength. For every 2 levels, give them +1 Inherent bonus to all stats to make them the superhuman monsters they are, up to +5.
Given what they are, in an EL6 universe they can probably progress to level 8 or 10. They simply aren't human anymore.

I think that post covers a lot of it. Class is pretty much irrelevant, or really completely relevant but differs entirely depending on what chapter. Including librarians gives you full casters as well. That being said, the class that can best replicate a space marine regardless of race is probably alchemist. Mutagen for size/str increases, discoveries for miscellaneous abilities granted by different chapters, find a way to shoot the bombs to replicate bolter fire.
Slight nitpick though, even without their armor they should have powerful build, and be at least large size in the armor, especially terminator armor. Since there are human sized versions of power armor that still have to use scaled down versions of the bolter because of how massive they are when built for space marine use.
