Magic Items question

Rules Questions

Okay I'm looking at the magic items and trying to figure out exactly which spells are available as wand, potions and such. Under these thing it states that when buying that they are available, in general not specifically in the shop, up to a specific level and that if the spell requires a material component it raises the cost but the price of the component. It "Material component" general for focuses and materials or can spells that require a focus not be turned into such items? Or am I reading this completely wrong?

Here is the exact site if you need to see.

I'm pretty sure the focus, holy symbol, etc. is only needed when 'casting' the spells into the wand. The users of the wand do not need either of these, any more than they need the material component, which the wand maker has already used during the creation.

Wands: "The price of a wand is equal to the level of the spell × the creator's caster level × 750 gp. If the wand has a material component cost, it is added to the base price and cost to create once for each charge (50 × material component cost)."

Creating Wands: "The creator must have prepared the spell to be stored (or must know the spell, in the case of a sorcerer or bard) and must provide any focuses the spell requires. Fifty of each needed material component are required (one for each charge). Material components are consumed when work begins, but focuses are not. A focus used in creating a wand can be reused."

If you're buying a wand from a shop, the price of the wand will include 50 x the cost of any material component.

For example, Bless Water is a level 1 cleric spell with a material component of 5 pounds of powdered silver worth 25 gp.

A wand of Bless Water will cost 2,000 gp. ((1x1x750) + (50x25))

Scrying is a level 4 wizard spell. It has a Focus component of a silver mirror worth 1,000 gp. (As well as a material component of a pool of water which has no cost and is thus irrelevant) To create a wand of Scrying, you would need the 1kgp mirror, but it's not consumed, so it's not reflected in the price of the wand, because you can make them all the time without using up the mirror.

A wand of Scrying (made by a wizard) will cost 21,000 gp. (4x7x750)

I got that I'm trying to understand for creating the price of the item. It says that for spells that require a material component the price goes up to cover the cost of the component. But I can't find anything mentioning spells with a focus or divine focus being turned into wand, scrolls, and potions. So can these be be done and just add the cost or is there no cost? Or can they not be done at all?

Oops just missed that by a second. THANKS that's what I needed.
