The little triangle next to the forum name

As a new customer, it seems I cannot expand the customer service and website feedback forums (I can do so with numerous others).

This seems odd, since it's quite likely my first few posts could well be Website or CS related.

I can open the forum and create a new thread (ie this one), however if anyone replies to it I won't see the little number notifying me of such until I learn about focus (which is not likely to be early in my Paizo-posting career).

It'd be useful to know what browser and OS you're using. As well, what plugins you're running. That sounds to me like something stopping javascript from running.

There is a known bug that can have the effect of not allowing forums to be opened. This may be what you're experiencing.

Unfortunately, it hasn't been fixed yet, as far as I know.

The problem sorted itself out (I'll provide some details in case this is useful for technical people). I was using Safari on my Ipad but I don't know about any plugins, I don't think I've added anything beyond whatever was there when I bought it. Initially, there were a seemingly random collection of closed/open forums and subforums.

I could close and re-open the open ones (like Product Pages, Paizo forum) but the ones that were initially closed remained so (like the Customer Service and Website feedback). I'm afraid I didn't make any notes about which were affected.

I worked my way down the left hand column of 'closed' triangles trying each subforum in turn. When I got to the Alpha Playtest forum, suddenly it worked and at that point every single subforum on the site was opened.

From there I could close and reopen all of them, so the problem is now sorted.
