You're thinking of Celestial Servant.
It works for animal companions, bonded mounts, and familiars.

I'm trying to write up my gf's druid's lion and can't seem to find the hit dice for it. Would anyone know the hit dice for a level 1 druids celestial servant lion? Only lion I can find is the one in the beastry and it looks to be a cr3 which has higher stats then the one listed for druid companion in the core rule book.

Animal companions are detailed completely in the druid class. An animal companions hit dice is listed on the same table that gives its base attack bonus, base saves, and special abilities. The Celestial template (or celestial servant feat) doesn't change a creatures hit dice in any way, so you use what is written on the table.

A 1st level Druid Animal Companion has 2HD (2d8). If you are playing PFS this averages out to 9HP. The CON of a "big cat" is 13, so that adds +1HP/HD, for a grand total of 11HP. Most of this can be found in the CRB.
Being a Celestial Servant simply grants the lion the Celestial Template. It doesn't change its Hit Points.

What you're looking for is in the Bestiary. It's called the celestial template.
The only rules effect is that the critter you're using is operated as normal plus this template is added to their stats. It gives resistances, darkvision, plus a 1/day smite based on the critter's effective Hit Dice and Charisma (usually null because animals frequently have no Charisma bonuses).

Yes I do. I saw where it said animal feats but can't find it in the back section under animal feats, or feats.
The list of animal feats is also in the druid class description. They work exactly like the feat of the same name in the feat chapter. (With the exception of Improved Natural Armor and Improved Natural Attack - those feats are found in the Bestiary, not the core rulebook.)
