Druid Companion and Favored Terrain

When a Druid gains a Favored Terrain (such as through World Walker) does her Animal Companion gain the bonuses, the way that a Ranger's Animal Companion would?

Hunter's Bond says it functions as an Animal Companion at (Ranger Level - 3) as the effective Druid level.

No because you do not get Hunter's Bond, which is a ranger class ability gained at level 4. A World Walker druid does get the favored terrain feature, but that does not extend to his companion.

Liberty's Edge

As the ability to pass Favored Enemy and Favored Terrain Bonuses to your Companion is part of the Hunter's Bond ability A druid who got the Favored Terrain from some other source, that did not give her Hunter's Bond, RAW their AC would not get the bonuses.

Opinion wise I would allow the bonus to go to the Druid's AC in my campaign.
