I'm trying to plan things out, and am trying to reconcile fluff with character abilities.
I've got a Gunslinger / Inquisitor of Milani, moving up in the Andoran Faction (37 fame). In a few sessions, she'll be a Knighted Captain Eagleknight - she really likes the country. (She's from Brastlework in Cheliax, but renounced Cheliax).
I'm thinking of giving her levels in Shieldmarshall of... Andoran? Problem is, it's fluffed for Alkenstar. But Alkenstar seems to be in a Shrodinger's State in PFS along with Numeria - it exists on the map, but never mentioned in any scenario.
She'd be bringing her own guns, would already be level 9 or 10 (so almost retired anyways). I guess she could just become a "Shieldmarshal of Alkenstar on permanent diplomatic loan to the country of Andoran" in a "Law Enforcement Exchange Program".
If not that, then just more inquisitor and more gunslinger I guess. Anyone have thoughts on how to fluff this, or to what extent I'm allowed to fluff?
There is a scenario that takes place in the Mana Wastes, so I doubt Alkenstar is really in a wishywashy state.
Well, we also know that they're going to allow Battle of the Reborn Forge as a module, which is set in the city of Alkenstar. So there's that.
I just checked Lost At Bitter End, and it does mention Alkenstar, but only that it's within the Mana Wastes.

I hope that Alkenstar, like Ustalav (which only has TWO scenarios), gets some loving in the upcoming season 5 releases. Varisia has got a TON this season, Tien got a bunch in Season 3. So we can infer that there is a plan for coverage as time goes on but sometimes it takes times to get further afield.
I PERSONALLY would love for my gunslinger Kyrie, to get a chance to return to her home of Alkenstar, but I doubt it will happen before she hits level 12 given she's already 8th.

There is this AP thing called Carrion Crown that takes you on a tour of Ustalav...so you can't really say Ustalav hasn't gotten some love.
And I can't use that on my Pathfinders because it's not got chronicle sheets yet. And it's behind Reign of Winter in that timeline. I want more 'thriller' events like Midnight Mauler and the other scenario in Ustalav.
I'd like more scenarios in places like Ustalav, the Mana Wastes and yes.. the Worldwound. (I am looking forward to that point in next season as it is. So.. extras like Ulstalav, Alkenstar and points around either would be extra icing on the double fudge chocolate cake we're already getting)

I notice that nobody has actually answered the posters main question.
I don't have an exact answer, but in the past the campaign staff has been opposed to changing the fluff around, even when it seems minor, like the color of tengue feathers.
Personally, I'd love a chance to play a Hellknight Shieldmarshal of Cheliax...
