Titan Mauler duel wielding Double Weapons?

How does this even work?
I really love this concept for a Graveknight but I have almost no idea how to factor it in.

Do you have the two weapon fighting feat? you get a -8 –12 if not, if you do have it -6,-6.

Even with it you get a 30% higher chance of missing.

Grand Lodge

It grants you no more extra attacks than normal two-weapon fighting.

It defeats the entire purpose of wielding a Double Weapon.

The penalties are horrendous.

Pretty much functions as wielding two greatswords, but worse.

Quote:
A creature wielding a double weapon in one hand can't use it as a double weapon—only one end of the weapon can be used in any given round.

Thank you, looks like my players are going to suffer through a fight with someone wielding two dire flails.
